These notes explain what the current app does. Business terms and legal wording need owner and professional review before a live transactional service.

Planning information

Budgets, quote comparisons and ticket scenarios are based on information you enter. Check prices, taxes, availability, accessibility and terms directly with the relevant supplier before making a commitment.

No transactions or delivery

The app does not reserve venues, publish events, issue tickets, take payment, verify suppliers, arrange referrals or deliver enquiries. Event listings and ticket tiers are private drafts only.

Your drafts

Use export controls to keep a copy of data you need. Device-local browser storage can be cleared or unavailable. Do not rely on it as your only copy of an important plan.

Commercial services

A human planning or sourcing pilot is only a proposal. Any service would need a separate agreed scope, qualified fulfiller, area, fee and terms. No service contract is formed through this preview.
