What this preview stores

The planner, supplier workspace and event studio store drafts in your browser's local storage so you can return to them on the same device. They are not sent to KHAN EVENTS by the app. You can export each workspace's data or erase its local copy through its controls. Clearing browser storage also removes it.

Enquiry drafts

The contact form prepares text in your browser. It does not transmit the text or retain it after you leave the page. Copying or downloading it puts the draft under your control.

Settings this site remembers

The site stores a small number of preferences on your device: your light/dark theme choice, whether you dismissed the install pop-up (so it stays dismissed), whether the app is installed, and a session counter used only to decide when the install pop-up may appear. These are strictly-necessary or choice-remembering items, not advertising or tracking; no consent notice is therefore shown, and no analytics or third-party trackers run on this site. If optional analytics are ever introduced, a consent choice will appear first and this page will be updated.

Other data

This preview has no accounts, payments, production analytics, live supplier database or ticket system. If the site is later hosted publicly, the hosting provider may process technical request logs. The final notice must identify the operator, contact route, hosting location, purposes, retention and applicable rights before launch.

Before live launch

The owner must approve the final privacy notice and any third-party service, including its data flow and retention. Do not enter sensitive personal information in working drafts.
