Set the direction.

Start with what the event needs to achieve. You can refine this at any time.

Good to know.

Where is my plan kept?

In your browser, on this device. Nothing you type is transmitted to KHAN EVENTS or anyone else. Use Export JSON to keep a backup copy, or Erase plan to remove the local copy. Clearing your browser storage also removes it.

What does “known subtotal” mean on a quote?

The sum of what you recorded: base price, required extras and other fees. If tax is marked excluded or unconfirmed, the final invoice will be higher — the label under each total says which case applies. Compare inclusions and terms alongside the numbers, not just the cheapest figure.

What are per-guest budget lines for?

Catering and drinks are usually priced per person. Set a line’s type to “Per guest” and enter the per-head amount; the workspace multiplies it by your expected guest count and keeps the per-guest view in the snapshot as numbers change.

Can I work with someone on this?

Yes — print or export the summary and share it. If you want professional help, the summary step offers the KHAN EVENTS planning pilot: a scoped, fixed-fee engagement whose exact work is agreed with you in writing first. Enquiries are prepared on your device; nothing is sent until a contact route is switched on.
